Led by their all-time top goalscorer, Fernando Plata, the team has established itself as a major force in the Liga Nacional de Futsal. The team is known for its emphasis on attacking play and its high-scoring matches, exemplified in their 19-10 victory over Deportivo Xalapa in 2015, with Plata scoring nine goals in the match. The team's home arena is the Juan Jose Pellerano Gymnasium, notable for its wooden playing surface.
